The Magistracy of Phenomena is one of the most powerful factions in the Republic of Enemies, rivaled only by The Choir. Members are colloquially known as Jade Eyes or Jaded due to the group's use of the protective Scholar's Eye in regalia. As one of the Magistracies of the Republic, all members must pass civil service examinations, including the Magistrate, who is appointed by the Choir.
